Sorry chodzi mi o interfejs żeby odblokować ukryte funkcje komputera

I have insignia from 2009 with uplevel instruments.
From 2011 or 2012 scrap car I acquired uplevel-combi instruments. I change VIN/security in EEPROM, then installed in my car. With this cluster, RPM/speedo is not working and the screen always shows "low fuel". Can I make the display compatible with my car?
I have MDI/Opcom/elm327 etc.

Mam Insignia z 2009 roku z wyższymi instrumentami.
Od 2011 lub 2012 roku złom samochodowy nabyłem instrumenty o wyższym standardzie. Zmieniam VIN / bezpieczeństwo w EEPROM, a następnie zainstaluję w moim samochodzie. W tym klastrze RPM / speedo nie działa, a na ekranie zawsze wyświetla się "low fuel". Czy mogę dostosować wyświetlacz do mojego samochodu?
Mam MDI / Opcom / elm327 itp.

Your car isn’t compatible to this speedometer. First Insignia with uplevel-combi come from 2011 year. You have too old car. Sorry

No change, tried many times.

Write back ori EEPROM to this cluster and check if will be the same with Fuel Level etc.

I have some EEPROM dumps from mhhauto. With original EEPROM clocks go really berserk. With some other EEPROM clocks appear totally dead, no lights go on not even backlight of the display.

Check if opcom have VIN change in cluster, if have, change to yours.

I tried also, no difference. I did much experiments with wrong VIN/correct VIN. It seems only change is odometer shows ------ instead of real number.
I have also 2x Astra J instrument cluster; 1x uplevel and 1x uplevel-combi. I think the uplevel is 100% dead and uplevel-combi inside is different but behavior is same as insignia uplevel-combi: low fuel with its own EEPROM (VIN patched), berserk mode with EEPROM from my own IPC.

What do you mean by ori EEPROM? My 2009 uplevel speedometer is ok but very few menus, no park sensor lines etc. The 2011 uplevel-combi speedometer shows low fuel and I can't dismiss the message. If I put the 2009 EEPROM in the 2011 speedometer, it goes berserk (VIN patched in EEPROM of course).

Write the original EEPROM from the donor to the donor.

Fuel meter in top is accurate. Temperature is cold, so meter is incorrect.

Display is totally crazy.

2009 eeprom, it is as if IPC does not receive power at all. No lights go on.

No I don't. Is it a problem? I saw some Brittish guys changed normal IPC to IPC with start/stop and it worked ok.
